any excuse for a party

Brazil defeated the Ivory Coast in a preliminary match, but by the looks of this party you’d think they’d just won the World Cup! Escola de Samba de Toronto helped transform an Italian street festival into a Brazilian street party, but the Italian fans didn’t seem to mind too much.
